A man was arrested Friday morning after stealing a woman’s car, claiming it was his.
The male was in the parking garage on Kiowa Street.
He got into a vehicle about to drive away, punching the female and forcing her out.
He drove a short distance but crashed and was arrested by police.
He faces a number of charges including DUI and robbery.
