Investigators say neither person was wearing a seatbelt in a fatal crash in eastern El Paso County Tuesday afternoon.
A 16 year old driver rolled a car at Washington and McQueen roads, east of Calhan.
The driver was thrown out and died at the scene.
A passenger suffered minor injuries.
