A bizarre series of events in northern Colorado Springs Thursday night.
A man crashed a car, and then carjacked a Good Samaritan who came to help, near I-25 and Woodmen.
The suspect then crashed that vehicle, ran into a nearby home, and tried to steal another car.
The suspect was injured and bleeding badly from the throat.
Police took him into custody and then to a hospital for surgery.
The Good Samaritan was treated for minor injuries.
Details of the incident are still being sorted out by authorities.
