The El Paso County sheriff’s office says the investigation into the officer involved shooting of a springs man could take a few more days.
De’von Bailey was being questioned about an armed robbery Saturday.
Bailey was shot and later died.
Springs Mayor John Suthers supports the release of body cam footage, but cautions against solely judging the case using video taken from a nearby home.
