Homeless Man Convicted of Murder

A homeless Colorado Springs man is convicted of killing one man and trying to murder another in what is described as a “thrill kill”.

28 year old Jimmy Neill plead guilty to 2nd degree murder in the 2018 stabbing death of Randolf Lille.

Justin Thompson was also attacked by Neill, but survived.

Neill will spend 17 years in prison as part of a plea deal.

Both men were attacked hours apart near Dorchester Park.

Neill said his “hobby” was taking drugs and targeting people at random.
