A Fountain man is jailed after an attack at a motel in July.
Police say 45 year old Derrick Leomiti assaulted a male at the C’mon Inn on Dale Street.
Last week, Leomiti was arrested.
The victim suffered several broken bones during the fight.
He is expected to make a full recovery.
