Colorado Springs is officially under a State of Emergency over Coronavirus. Mayor John Suthers issued the declaration Monday and is hopeful federal relief will come to small businesses. The mayor says people should use common sense and not freak out over the virus. He says the city is monitoring the situation for any changes. Monday Colorado Governor Jared Polis ordered all Colorado restaurants and bars will be closed a minimum of 30 days to in-seating dining. They can remain open for takeout or delivery. Also all gyms, movie theatres and casinos are closed throughout the state.
