Volunteers helped to renovate the townhome of Kelsey Berreth, spending six months and more than ten-thousand-dollars to do so. The volunteer effort allowed insurance money designated for the renovation to go directly to Berreth’s young daughter. Realtors aren’t sure if the history of the home will hurt its chances of being sold. Patrick Frazee beat Berreth to death with a baseball bat inside the home in 2018. Frazee was convicted of first-degree murder and is serving a life sentence.
