COLORADO SPRINGS – Sad news from Peterson Air Force Base. Colonel Thomas Falzarano, the 21st Space Wing Commander, died on Tuesday at his home. While his death is being investigated, officials say it doesn’t appear to have been from natural causes and they don’t believe the Colonel had Covid-19. Falzarano took command of the 21st Space Wing in July of 2019. With his passing, Colonel Sam Johnson takes over command of the Space Wing.
