News 5 is reporting Krystal Kenney has had her request to be moved from jail to a halfway house denied. Kenny aided Patrick Frazee in helping hide the murder of Kelsey Berreth. Kenney took a plea deal with prosecutors and her testimony helped put Frazee in jail for life plus 156 years. Kenney can make another appeal to be placed in a halfway house in 6 months.
