MORRISON – Bandimere Speedway is holding what owners are calling a “Stop the Covid Chaos” rally tonight. The legendary race track in Morrison has been under attack by Jefferson County Health officials since they held a July 4th family event.
The health department claimed the event went against their rules concerning gatherings and Covid-19. Jefferson County even took Bandimere’s owners to court over the incident and it was dropped because some of the health restrictions had changed.
Tonight’s rally starts at 6 p.m. and State House minority leader Patrick Neville and conservative activist Michelle Malkin will both make appearances at the event. For more information on the event and the racetrack, click here.
