COLORADO SPRINGS – Colorado Springs police are investigating a shooting that happened at about 5:20 this morning near the Circle K gas station at Fountain and Murray. According to police, one man was shot and taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. The victim’s name is not being released at this time.
Investigators are on the scene working to find out what led to the shooting. You’ll see a lot of police activity in the area as a result. Consider taking an alternate route while the investigation continues.
