COLORADO SPRINGS – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be cautious while they search for 33-year old Zachary Brockmann. He’s the suspect in an early morning shooting in the 400 block of Crestridge Avenue on the southeast side of the Colorado Springs area.
The victim of the shooting nearly died, according to the Sheriff’s Office. when duputies arrived, they found an adult losing massive amounts of blood after being shot. If it hadn’t been for the deputied quick action, that person would have died while they waited for more help.
Authorities don’t believe there’s a threat to the general public, calling the shooting an isolated incident. They do want everyone to consider Brockmann as considered armed and dangerous, and they don’t want you to approach him.
Here’s his description:
* 6-foot-1
* white
* brown hair and brown eyes
