SAGUACHE COUNTY – The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is now joining forces with law enforcement officials in Saguache County to try and identify human remains found near an abandoned mine near the Hinsdale County line.
Hikers found the remains last Friday and they contacted authorities. The CBI says it appears the body has been near the mine for quite some time and now work is taking place to determine the person’s identity and what caused their death.
