More doses of the Covid Vaccine have arrived in Southern Colorado. U-C Health Memorial Central and north hospitals in Colorado Springs will receive 49 hundred of the new Moderna vaccine sometime this week. 41 hundred will go to central and 800 will be sent to north. In Pueblo Parkview Hospital will receive 25 hundred doses. As of today more than 40 thousand vaccinations of the Pfizer Vaccine have been administered throughout the state. More vaccines are on the way. Federal officials say they underestimated how long it would take to get approval to ship and that caused a delay late last week. They are working to fix the issue.
