Utility crews have restored power to nearly 1,500 customers around Dublin Boulevard, Austin Bluffs Parkway and Rangewood. A roll-over car accident at the intersection of Austin Bluffs and Dublin knocked out the power. Colorado Springs Utility crews are asking all drivers to treat blinking or dark stop lights as four-way stops. As of now, there’s no update on the condition of anyone involved in the roll-over.
