Person Identified in Monument Lake Accident

  We now know the name of the man who died in a kayaking accident on Monument Lake on Monday. 38-year old James Arends body was pulled from the lake and rescue crews could not save him. His exact cause of death is being determined by the El Paso County Coroner’s office.MORE
