A Fort Carson solider, wanted for shooting a man in Fountain Saturday, was arrested Sunday in Borger Texas.
21 year old Stephen Sandoval allegedly shot a man on Alegre Circle in Fountain, then fled the scene taking a 17 year old girl with him.
The girl has been identified as Keloe Tata. They were found together Sunday in Texas.
Tata was considered missing and endangered, but was recovered unharmed.
The shooting victim has life threatening injuries.
Sandoval is awaiting extradition back to El Paso County, where he will be charged with attempted second degree murder and endangerment.
