Another protester hit by a car in Denver

A man may be facing possible charges after he drove his car through a group of protesters across from the State Capitol in Denver Wednesday night. Hundreds of people gathered at about 6:00 p.m. to call for justice in the Breonna Taylor case.

At one point, the man’s stopped car was seen surrounded by a group of protesters shouting at him before he drove away. An identified woman was hit and has minor injuries after she rolled off the car’s hood.

The unidentified driver was detained by the Denver Police at Colfax and Broadway. Shelly Bradbury, a reporter with the Denver Post, also captured that moment on video.
