COLORADO SPRINGS – A man is recovering and the investigation continues after shots rang out on the west side of Memorial Park at about 10:40 p.m. Saturday night. Colorado Springs police were first contacted about a report of gunshots in the area. Soon after, an injured man showed up at Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound.
The man wasn’t able to provide much information or a description of the suspect. The victim’s identity is not being released as of yet Monday morning.
