COLORADO SPRINGS – A hiker is recovering from their injuries Monday morning after they were hurt in Bear Creek Park Sunday afternoon. The Colorado Springs Fire Department used their High Angle Rescue team to bring the person down on a stretcher.
The hiker has not been identified and officials say they suffered an extremity injury. They were transported to a local hospital to be treated.
