Sunday night springs police reported a serious auto accident at Barnes Road and north Powers. A car turning northbound onto Powers was hit by a car going westbound on Barnes. One woman was seriously injured. Police arrested 25 year old Joshua Hartly. He has been charged with driving under the influence and vehicular assault. The Springs Police Major Crash team continue their investigation. Powers and Barnes was closed for several hours.
