Manitou Springs residents voted down a potential change to city code allowing a third marijuana business in the community. The city released the results of the special election this morning. Over 1,300 residents voted against the measure, while only 424 voted in favor. With the no vote, the two businesses currently open in the city will remain the only marijuana shops in Manitou Springs.
