A suspect in a double-homicide in Douglas County is now in custody in Kansas. Douglas County Sheriff Tony Spurlock says the bodies of a man and woman were found in a garage in Franktown yesterday. The suspect was identified as 29-year-old Casey Devol. Douglas County deputies were searching for him around 3 p.m. yesterday, and he was considered armed and dangerous. Detectives were able to track him to Salina, Kansas. He was taken into custody last night by Kansas law enforcement officers. No motive for the killings has been released, and the victims have not been identified. Devol is now facing extradition to Colorado.
