COLORADO SPRINGS–Colorado Springs Police have identified a man as the victim of a homicide on November 25th. It happened at the Ridgeview Place Apartments on Knoll Lane on the northeast side of the city. The victim is 22-year-old Jacob Langley. He was transported to the hospital, where he died from his injuries. The suspect—who has not been identified—turned himself in. Investigators say the suspect and victim knew each other. Anyone with information is asked to call the Colorado Springs Police Department or Crime Stoppers.
