Arrest made after a Commerce City deadly hit and run

Authorities say they’ve made an arrest after a hit-and-run crash that left a teenager dead. According to State Patrol, 16-year-old Karalynn Kincaid of Commerce City was in a crosswalk at 76th and Leyden when she was struck and killed. Thirty-eight-year-old Brandon Monroe was taken into custody Tuesday. He’s facing multiple charges, including vehicular homicide DUI and leaving the scene of an accident involving death.
