Pueblo Police are searching for a man suspected of kidnapping and sexual assault. Twenty-two-year-old Dominic Velasquez is described as a male, 5’8 and 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Investigators say Velasquez has a “no bond” warrant for kidnapping adult to sexually assault, that includes kidnapping-sex offense and or robbery, and burglary to name a few.
