The Army’s criminal investigation division is offering a 25-thousand-dollar reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for a soldier’s death. Sergeant First Class John Jean was killed in April of 2021 when multiple people fired shots during an incident at the Epic Hookah Lounge on Barnes Road. Investigators have ruled Jean’s death a homicide, but so far, no suspect has been identified.
