Colorado foothill Towns Stoll Trying To Dig Out of Snow

TOWNS IN THE COLORADO FOOTHILLS ARE STILL TRYING TO DIG OUT FOLLOWING OUR MAJOR WINTER STORM LATE LAST WEEK. MOST OF THE MAIN ROADS AND HIGHWAYS ARE FINE, BUT FOR RESIDENTS LIVING IN MORE SECLUDED AREAS THEY ARE STILL STRUGGLING TO CLEAR DRIVEWAYS. BOTH BOULDER AND ROXBIORUGH PARK REPORTED 30 INCHES OF SNOW. WOODLAND PARK HAD 31 INCHES, AND RESIDENTS LIVING JUST NORTH OF THE TOWN ARE STILL TRYING TO DIG OUT. CONFIER HAD 39 INCHES, DIVIDE PICKED UP 42 INCHES OF SNOW AND NEDERLAND RECEIVED 53 INCHES OF SNOW. RESIDENTS IN ISOLATED SUB DIVISIONS AND LIVING OFF THE GRID ARE STILL STRUGGLING TO GET DRIVEWAYS CLEAR, AND COUNTY OFFICIALS IN THOSE AREAS HAVE BEEN WORKING AROUND THE CLOCK TO GIVE THOSE RESIDENTS ACCESS TO NEARBY ROADS.
