Man Sentenced After Opening Fire at a Woman’s Car during a Road Rage Incident

A MAN HAS BEEN SENTENCED AFTER A ROAD RAGE INCIDENT LAST YEAR  IN COLORADO SPRINGS. ACCORDING TO THE ARRESTED AFFIDAVIT, LAST JULY A WOMAN SAID SHE WAS DRIVING IN THE AREA OF NORTH CAREFREE CIRCLE AND PETERSON ROAD WHEN A CAR IN FRONT HER REPEATEDLY KEPT SLAMMING ON THEIR BREAKS. THEN A MAN GOT OUT AND FIRED TWO SHOTS AT HER CAR.  24-YEAR OLD BRYAN PETERSON WAS TAKEN IN CUSTODY IN CONNECTION TO THE INCIDENT. PETERSON PLEAD GUILTY TO ATTEMPTED SECOND DEGREE MURDER. HE WAS SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.
