Changes announced yesterday at the Air Force Academy. The school said in an announcement they are realigning their academic enterprise by establishing 4 interdisciplinary schools which they say will better merge the academy’s academic enterprise with its military mission. The move will bring about a connection between the liberal arts, stem and warfighting instruction. Outgoing superintendent Lieutenant General Tony Bauernfeind says this adjustment is to help better develop citizens, warfighters, leaders, and critical thinkers.
