Suspected murderer Barry Morphew was arrested Thursday night by Boulder County authorities. He was taken into custody after prosecutors learned Morphew was in a hit and run accident last week in Denver. Authorities believe he violated conditions of his bail, which specify he could only leave his house in an emergency. Morphew is accused of killing his wife Suzanne outside Salida 6 years ago. Prosecutors want to know where else Barry Morphew has been. The district attorney now believes Morphew could be a flight risk, which is why a judge signed off on a warrant for his arrest. He will appear in an Alamosa county courtroom Tuesday.
