Springs Police arrested a man and a woman late Wednesday accused of motor vehicle theft and stealing a motorcycle. Last month a resident reported their car stolen, a Ford explorer, from the 6100 block of Castlewood Lane. Wednesday police saw the stolen vehicle with two people inside. They say it was being driven by 29 year old Aubree Maes. They followed the car to the 6900 block of Alpine Current View where Maes dropped off the passenger 28 year old Luis Aldrete. He then allegedly stole a motorcycle. Both suspects went to an address in the 1000 block of Montrose Avenue. Springs police arrested the pair. They now face numerous charges.
