In Southwest Colorado C-DOT has opened highway 160 from South Fork to Pagosa Springs following several days of torrential rains and flooding. Along some points of the road officials are alternating traffic as they make repairs. Meanwhile Colorado Highway 151 remains closed south of 160 through Chimney Rock. The Colorado Department of Transportation is looking at building a temporary road as they make long-term plans to repair the highway. No word on when they can get the temporary road in place.
