Wednesday, at the Space Symposium, Governor Jared Polis announced an aerospace company out of Ohio is planning to expand to El Paso County. The company, “Select Tech” provides support for the U.S. military. This will create over 150 jobs in the Pikes Peak region with an average salary of 85 thousand dollars. Polis says this new development shows how Colorado is the perfect place for the aerospace industry to grow.
