The District 11 School Board in the springs voted 6-1 to put a measure on the November ballot asking for a 775 million dollar bond to improve schools in the district and give teachers additional pay. District 11 officials say every school in the district needs repairs or refurbishment. District 11 is one of the oldest districts in the city and many schools have needed repairs and improvements for a long time.
