Person assaulted in Manitou Springs

Manitou Springs Police continue their investigation after an employee of the Pikes Peak Cog Railway was assaulted Saturday. Witnesses say the employee was attacked in the parking lot of the railway. Police were looking for a man and a woman, considered persons of interest. They have been located, but it’s unclear if they had anything to do with the incident. The employee is in critical condition.
