Colorado Springs Utilities customers will see about a 10 dollar a month savings on their bills beginning in April. Springs City council approved 2 rate adjustments Tuesday that had been recommended by utilities. Both natural gas rates and electric rates will be slightly lower. Because of our warm winter natural gas costs to springs utilities have been lower, and those lower costs have been passed on to customers.
