The Pueblo County Sheriff’s office says 2 people were arrested, accused of obstruction during the Aspen Acres fire. The two have been identified as 69 year old Teddy Thurman and 60 year old Michael Anderson. Thurman was driving around town during the fire and was ordered to get off the roads and go home. He refused and was taken into custody. That was on July 2nd. A day later Anderson was arrested. He had been previously warned to stay off roads but was seen that day driving around Beulah.
