The Democratic nominee in the 5th Congressional District race Jessica Killin has challenged Republican incumbent Jeff Crank to 2 debates and a forum prior to the November election. Killin said in a statement residents in the district need to hear from both candidates on real issues affecting them. Killin has proposed debates with Crank on August 27th and September 18th, and also wants crank to take part in a forum in late September. Crank has yet to respond to the requests.
